“ The food here is great! There are so many options in Time Out Market, but this is the best for breakfast. The pancakes are delicious and their coffee is good too! ”
“ Hands down the best pancakes I've ever had in my life! It's my must go every time I visit New York. The other items are just whatever. ”
“ Breakfast here was really good. It was pretty busy when we stopped by so we decided to place our orders on our phones as the cashier was busy making drinks. We were able to grab three seats overlooking the kitchen and we watched the cooks prepare our food. My plate consisted of potatoes, eggs, ham, a biscuit, jam, and bacon. I also ordered an orange juice to go with my food. We waited about 10 minutes for our food to be ready and it all came out hot. The food was a little too bland for me so I grabbed some hot sauce to give it a kick. The hot sauce worked. My friend ordered a stack of the pancakes and they were really good. Service was good. Tables were hard to come by as this place was really busy! ”
“ Big fan of Clinton Street! Pancakes are one of my favorites in the city. Biscuit and eggs were a perfect complement as well. ”
“ Brunch at Clinton St. Baking Company in DUMBO? Oh, it's a vibe. A little pricey, sure, but totally worth it for a weekend treat when you're feeling indulgent. Here's the rundown of what we tried: Blueberry Pancakes: Let's just call these the Beyoncé of pancakes--absolute stars. Fluffy, packed with blueberries, and that warm maple butter? Pure magic. Honestly, I'd come back just to eat these on repeat. Spanish Scramble: This was my "I need something savory to feel balanced" dish, and it delivered. Perfectly cooked eggs, just the right amount of spice, and hearty without feeling heavy. A solid choice. Egg and Cheese Sandwich with Ham: Comfort food at its best. Gooey cheese, perfectly folded eggs, and salty ham stacked between bread that had a little crunch but wasn't trying too hard. Simple, classic, delicious. Chicken Apple Sausage: Sweet and savory with a little snap. It was a nice sidekick to the pancakes, but not a scene-stealer. The spot itself is cozy but not cramped, and the staff is quick without being pushy--very much the chill but efficient Brooklyn energy we love. DUMBO was buzzing, so the people-watching while sipping coffee was top-tier. Final verdict? A little bougie, yes, but in the best way. The pancakes alone are worth crossing a bridge for. Clinton St. definitely has that "treat yourself" vibe nailed down. ”
“ It's always a gamble eating good food in a takeout fashion but Clinton at bakery is making sure they don't fall short. I have been wanting to try these pancakes for years and trust me they did not disappoint. I love a sit pancake with a crispy outside but that maple butter is liquid gold and gives everything the roundup of a great taste ”
“ This location of Clinton St is inside a food hall and thus very hectic. But I was in the area and had to see if it was just as good as the OG. My boyfriend and I got in line at 11:45 AM on Presidents' Day, and had food in hand at 12:55 PM. Triple berry pancakes were amazing, and the two eggs over easy with hash browns were also good. Really solid overall, but the food hall is not the vibe, and I'm pretty sure the pancakes are smaller than at the LES loc (for the same price). I would rather do the hefty wait at their full restaurant. ”
“ Went 2 weeks in a row for pancake month in February to try different flavors. The triple berry with lemon curd was my favorite. I also had the bourbon pecan which was tasty but felt like it was missing something. Pancakes are cooked perfectly, fluffy and buttery. When I went on a holiday it was super crowded and I waited in line about 30mins but the second time I went it was no line at all. The chicken sausage is delicious & the eggs are nothing special. The hot chocolate is ok I probably won't get it again. ”
“ When I saw their February flavor specials for pancake month, I immediately knew I had to try the passionfruit and chocolate one. Anything with passionfruit and you got me. These pancakes were the best pancakes I think I have had. Every individual component was delicious on its own and was a beautiful explosion of flavor when combined into single bite. The passionfruit syrup on the plate was pretty tangy and potent, so the whipped cream and maple butter (which is what is served in the sauce cup) were nice counterbalances to it and rounded out the acidity. I also liked the amount of chocolate chunks in the pancake because there weren't that many that wouldve made it overwhelming but you could still get sum chocolate in like every other bite. I also liked the texture, it was light and fluffy and the perimeter had a nice crisp edge. I also really enjoyed the iced mocha. I was pleasantly surprised at how rich the flavor was. It wasn't rich in the sense of heavy but I'm so used to lattes and mochas being disappointingly sour or watery in taste so it was unexpected for this to have such a smooth creamy taste while not being overly sweet. This was my first time coming to this food hall so I was kind worried about the seating situation because I like to be real comfy when eating and didn't wanna be eating outside in the cold or standing up. So, it was nice to see there were large communal tables right in front of the storefront to sit and eat. Also, I was so relieved to see their takeout containers being plastic because the cardboard papery ones soak up sauce and I did not want to lose a drop of that deliciousness for when I eat my leftovers. ”
“ So this was my first time visiting this location, and I actually think I preferred the food more than the one on Clinton st. But this time I didn't have the bland not so tasty chicken so maybe thats why? One thing that was disappointing was the menu options, it seems to have less than the original which was not so surprising. Also the seating needs some work, we tried sitting down at the chairs at the bar but I kept falling off of them because of the super weird design (I swear Im not that clumsy!) But we decided to sit in another area of the market and found a nice cozy corner. The pancakes were nice and fluffy and rich but there weren't that many chocolate chips... at first I thought there weren't any inside and it was only covered with chocolate on top but then I realized they were there but only like 5 per pancake lol. Overall I would give it a 8.5/10. The french toast was the clear winner. Moist in the inside, crispy on the outside with an excellent caramelized banana to add in some sweetness. A fan favorite for a good reason. 8.8/10 Will definitely return to this location to try out some more menu items. ”
